        They dont deserve 1 star . Ive been left living in a home that isnt warm secure or safe . Their service is diabolical and to get any repairs done I have to complain higher and still nothing

        Does anyone one know how to contact this organisation? Please don't say phone them or email them as I have tried that. they do not answer the phones or respond to email. I am desperate to house a family member but there is no way to reach anyone.

        Terrible, have repeatedly reported a broken fire door since 2014 and its not been fixed in a single access stairwell. Because of their incompetence they are putting other peoples lives at risk.

        have a leaky toilet have been told the date they can do it 10 of june have been down to office in bowthorpe hall only to find it closed not very helpful
