My boiler broke down told would have to wait 5 days to fix explained my bf was in a wheelchair and needed the heating done sooner to be told I should be grateful I was getting it done in 5 days my bf is on blood thines so can't keep warm still they didn't care

my elderly parents rent their home from them . called their emergency repairs line yesterday twice, couldn't get through, phone picked up then put down by operator after waiting 25mins the 2nd time. When you try to raise a complaint online an error occurs and says to call same number which no one answers
