Stayed in the junior suite for one night. Really disappointed that it was located right next to a function which when we checked in at 1500 had a childrens party in full swing. We were looking for some peace and rest before heading out for the evening. Room was well equipped although you had to put the kettle on the floor so it did not reach a socket. There was also an 80s disco night on from 8pm until late which if I had known this I would not have booked as it sounded like our room was right above it. All in all ok but seriously over priced for why the experience that was delivered.

Ill never come back. Upsetting experience visiting this place that I had to leave. The women at the bar section were very rude and made me and my family feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. They play obnoxiously loud music which isnt relaxing when youre trying to have afternoon tea. The whole experience was weird. Support a smaller business.
