Went to get a blood test and I think the phlebotomists name was Melody? (Orange block) She was absolutely incredible and had a very positive vibe. The receptionist was also very good in dealing with checking me in for the blood test. Generally it was a very positive and good experience.

I am absolutely blown away by the standard of care in this hospital. I was referred to podiatry for Ingrown Toenail surgery which I had done a few weeks ago. Every member of staff I have come across has gone above and beyond and made me feel comfortable, safe, heard and looked after. The level of care and customer service has been outstanding. The car park was fine, no issues at all. It was great to be welcomed at the door to guide you where to go. Highly recommend the podiatry team!!!

1/11/22, I just had a notice from parking eye saying I failed to pay on the 26th September, the parking machine didn't work neither would my parking app. I have been again and this time there were no machines they had been removed, when my wife asked in reception she was told it was OK no need to pay ! There were men working putting up new parking signs. I don't deny I was there as the very much working cameras will prove, I think the system will show hundreds of others also failed to pay, the first time I did pay the a ticket from another carpark around the corner but, I don't hang on to parking tickets for months like others I do tidy up a bit, we have emailed parkingeye I wonder if it will be squashed as quick ?

It's almost a year since I lost my lovely husband Eric Lambert.and myself and my family met your wonderful team of carers. Eric was released from hospital with terminal cancer this is when we Hom met these fantastic people. The way they looked after Eric was great.Their friendliness to the whole family couldnt have been better.Thank you so so much.Homeward .
