I had a lovely experience at Norwich Face and Body Clinic, from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable throughout and was constantly checked to see how I was doing. The procedure was comfortable and easy. I'm super happy overall and hopefully in a month or so I'll start seeing results! Thank you for making me feel so relaxed and looking after me!

After a cheery welcome and chat about my concerns, I decided on a facial to help my problematic red, sensitive skin . Lauren took time to analyse my facial skin with an awesome machine which takes in-depth photos and maps problem areas - identifying sun damage, wrinkles ( urgh) pore problems, dryness and so much more. Based on these results I had a personalised prescriptive treatment which after just a few hours has already smoothed and calmed my skin. Lauren knows her stuff, is always on a training course and provides so much more than a facial. Anyone with a skin concern should book in and see the brilliant results. 5 stars and more thank you so much Lauren.

I can not believe the difference from my first session of laser hair removal. Chloe is so professional and puts you instantly at ease would recommend in a heartbeat why didnt I do it sooner!

Very friendly staff. Make you feel at ease. As not sure what to expect. Especially when your first Treatment. There are lots of treatments available. Car park opposite. Stairs bit awkward if you have trouble climbing stairs! Maybe able to do treatment for hair removal downstairs but you would have to enquire. Clean. Lovely old building.

The Norwich Face & Body Clinic is by far the most professional, modern and friendly environment for anyone looking to further improve themselves. Lauren and Dr.Sav are two beautiful souls who go out of their way to make sure you are informed, cared for and treated with respect and kindness with all of their services. I love coming in for my Botox with Dr. Sav and I also adore the radio frequency facials among many other high end and new technology that they offer. The clinic is always the cleanest and most sanitary with beautiful furniture and interior design. I recommend The Norwich Face And Body Clinic above anywhere else and it is by far the best Norfolk has to offer. Much love
