Me and my friends have decided we are not returning as customers. Terrible customer service and cut that was definitely not worth 50. My hair was cut by Taylor, a senior stylist, I filled in an appointment for him that had been cancelled, the appointment felt rushed and as though he cut what he wanted rather that what I asked for. Firstly I asked for a chin length bob and left with a jaw length bob. Despite me being very specific during the consultation and checking multiple times throughout the haircut that it would be chin length, to which I got patronising responses. I am donating my hair and was made to feel like an inconvience when asking for my hair to be put into bundles. The placement of elastics for the bundles was not checked causing one side of my hair to be cut shorter, I assume this mistake was what resulted in my hair being an inch shorter than what I asked for. Thirdly, when I left my hair was not fully styled it was left damp, to allow my hair to naturally curl, even though my hair is straight. And lastly, when I got home and washed the sticky product out my hair and dried it, I found straggly bits of hair that were uneven lengths. The hairstylist did not do a once over check to check for straggly bits (I ususally recieve a final check over when ask for a blunt bob). When I called Flint the next morning to say I wasnt happy and wanted them to cut the straggly bits. The receptionist told me they would only be able to book my in for a 20 min chat to show me how to style my hair properly as that was what was causing the straggly bits. I felt insulted that she implied i wasnt able to style my hair properly. She told me if I wanted the straggly bits cut I would have to wait 4 days and pay for a whole new appointment. There was no offer to speak to the hairstylist directly or have the hairstylist call me back. This hairsalon is all style and no substance. Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling

Ive been coming to Flint for many meany years. The people are friendly and every single cut or colour Ive had has been exceptional. Theres a lot of lovely attention to detail in the whole process, plus its a gorgeous building with lots of art. There are stairs to get to the upper floors but Im sure you can request to be downstairs if you have reduced mobility.
