Really bad cut, told the salon and they asked me to send photos which I did, then asked me to come in, which I said I could and gave dates and times then Ive been ignored since Wednesday last week. Even sent a follow up email to say call me but they havent really disappointing, will have to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. Its so uneven I havent been able to have it down since.
