Amazing! Had my first ever curly hair cut last week, Lauren understood exactly what I wanted and transformed my hair! Lauren is lovely and made me feel comfortable straight away and the salon is beautiful, overall it was just the best experience with a hairdresser I've had. Had my first appointment with Lauren this morning and I'm very happy with my hair. Decided to transition to my natural curly hair and found stone hairdressing as a result. I'm very glad I did! Lauren restyled my hair and made sure to talk me through all the products and steps taken to get volume (much needed due to hair loss) She even gave me advice on the kind of styling products that would suit my fine hair. Lauren herself is very lovely and easy to talk to, she made me feel welcome for the start and listened to everything I wanted and the concerns I had. Terrible experience. Paid full price, I explained I wanted it cut short, she glanced at the image and cut immediately into the hair, without taking the time to think about how it was being cut. Very very rushed and I had to go elsewhere to get it corrected. I was devastated by my long curly hair being ruined. Also please be aware she has said she has not completed any formal hairdressing training.
