Impact Hair

I've not previously had a bad experience here until my last 2 visits. I wanted to have my grays covered which I had previously made clear to Holly however, after my appointment I had noted that there were many areas that did not have it covered. When i discussed this with Holly, I was offered a free root touch up at my next appointment however as I had not heard from her when offered dates,it was a few months before I was able to see her again. She had gone to charge me for the root touch up and when asked, I was told that it was only out of goodwill that she had initially offered it as I had made an incorrect choice regarding permanent vs semi dyes and the offer for a redo was only for a few weeks potentially but that was not made clear to me during my appointments and I feel extremely disappointed in the utter lack of communication and clarity.

Fantastic salon, lovely atmosphere, clean, busy and on trend . Hannah is a brilliant stylist and colourist, unusual to find a hairdresser specialising in both. Lovely lady, who listens to your wishes, but may gently guide you in another direction, so that you end up feeling fabulous. Xx
