Ive had my appointment with Charlotte, Ive explained how blonde I want my hair and Ive shown her photos. After the procedure , Ive had my hair washed and Ive noticed how dark and grey it is, not light blonde like I wanted. She told me the grey will wash off after 1-4 washes. 3 weeks later and I still have the worst blonde of my life. Really bad experience, now I cant wait to have my hair done again. Definitely not at this saloon. Services: Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
