I was treated appallingly by this hairdresser. She cancelled an appointment at short notice, she didnt bother turning up at another appointment and left me standing outside. Then had the audacity to try to charge me the full cost in advance of an appointment? She also doesnt like it if you dont buy her products. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I had a wonderful experience at the Orb; Kate has created a beautiful, warm and relaxing space where I felt thoroughly pampered, and with a clear conscience knowing the products are cruelty free and sustainable. Kate is a kind, fun person and easy to talk to. She really listened to my hair concerns and her approach was considered, personal and attentive, taking into account my very dry, frizzy hair, which many other hairdressers have struggled with! I am so happy with the cut and colour, Kate is incredibly skilled. My hair colour is natural-looking and well suited to me, and she has transformed the condition and style with the cut. Kate is fab! She did the most natural balayage Ive ever had, exactly what I wanted and tidied up my hair beautifully. Orb is a relaxing salon with organic products. I left feeling refreshed!
