Kat is the only PT I've had consistent results and motivation with, she really understands and trains for the female body - and I'd recommend NFA highly to anyone. A lovely, welcoming and results driven family run fitness business.

This is a fantastic gym with lovely people. Somehow Kat and James make the bootcamps work for everyone, including those who are new to fitness (like me!) and those who are already serious about it. It is a friendly and supportive environment, whatever your current fitness level and it gets fantastic results. Highly recommend for PT sessions or bootcamps.

There is absolutely no one else I would trust more than James Bradshaw and the NFA to educate on fitness, nutrition, and the most effective, safe way to diet and exercise. It's due to their guidance that i've been able to completely transform my life. I'd advise anyone thinking about getting into NFA to do it now. Don't make excuses like I did for years. This gym has taught me that the thought of exercise doesn't have to fill you with dread if it's structured and directed at a goal. James has managed to share a love of working out through his passion for fitness and commitment to his own body. The classes are incredible, the people are invariably lovely, and the entire atmosphere, simply put, is exactly what gym culture should be.
