        Great gym. Nice change from the busy atmosphere of bigger gyms. Very quiet with everything you need. Lots of great personal trainers there too :)

        Great little gym hidden under an office building in central Norwich! Need a membership card to access it, so call ahead if youre coming for a day pass. I didnt and Kevin came to my rescue, and then went above and beyond giving me PT advice. So welcoming

        By far one of the best gyms in Norwich city centre, its got everything you could possibly need and all the members are nice to each other, I would highly recommend this gym for people who want to start the gym but dont want to go to a over crowded one.
