Excellent service: from initial scanning of products to delivery. We just tried our luck with Glasstops UK after seeing the reviews and they stand true. Points of excellence: 1 - Choosing the glass with the correct specifications for us. For someone who knows what they need, it was super easy and straight forward to simply plot the numbers and make the order. 2 - Payment - easy to pay and receipt received immediately. 3 - Delivery date - one of the fastest options we have seen online, by a mile, with fast delivery speeds for such a customised product. 4 - Delivery - As per specification, on the date agreed and tracked constantly. 5 - Packaging - Rest assured the packaging will be sufficient for your order, the protection is really well thought through. 6 - Product - followed EXACT specifications, fitted perfectly, of great quality and will certainly be durable. 7 - Post-delivery - you also receive a quite useful handling information, which cannot be overlooked, especially if you are unfamiliar with glass products handling. 8 - Customer Services - I can't speak about their customer services, but I guess you won't need one. :) Finally, I had no need to talk to anyone and everything went as expected, this is the best outcome I can think of. Fantastic overall and you deserve and extra star, 4.8 (current review) is not enough, I would give you a 6 star and many more orders in the future, you deserve it. We'll be doing business again. Ordered a made to measure mirror and received incredible customer service from start to finish. Communication was excellent - checking any measurements, delivered easily - when said and packaged well and the end product is perfect.
