I have had exceptional service from this surgery every time I've been there. My recent experience was very good although i did wait slightly longer for an appointment which is the norm these days. The receptionist was excellent, as was the doctor. Many thanks

Again as of my review last year I cannot thank these doctors, nurses, dispensaries and receptionist every time I have needed their help they have always been there for me well done keep up the good work thank you

Called to ask about why their system unregistered my partner. No explanation as to why. They insisted this was because we registered somewhere else but this is provably not true. They didnt want to admit any fault or error with their system and insisted on blaming us. We dont mind honest mistakes but blaming us and the unapologetic attitude was shocking. Whoever is in charge sort this out!

I recently handed in a request letter for a GP to a receptionist. She informed me, somewhat abruptly and sarcastically, that this GP was no longer at the practice. An unfriendly and disrespectful way to address patients. I am considering registering with a diffident practice.
