Graham was excellent, he managed to accommodate a last minute training booking. The staff feedback was brilliant he gave the staff the training and made them feel confident. Graham was very patient and very clear when providing the training. I would highly recommend 1st class fire for all aspects of the business.

We run a busy seven bedroom holiday home, here at The Northrepps Cottage near Cromer. First of all, its very difficult to coordinate services to visit in between guests coming and going. FIRST CLASS has always accommodated our request every time! We only had a small window of opportunity before the next guests arrived, we were due for a full system test and report, on top of that we had our fire extinguisher tests and replacement etc. Big boss sent a team of four guys early, as soon as the guests left. The boys hit the ground running.. all done and dusted in time before the next guests! The chap in charge of the team?, knew where everything was which released myself to carry on with preparing for our new guests. Worth mentioning: the alarm guys took the time to advise me, as the maintenance guy on site, what I should be doing to test and record etc, most helpful and necessary. Thanks to the team who visited, very thorough, considerate and professional throughout their time here, many thanks to you all.
