        Ordered mc donalds breakfast 40 minutes before the stop . Cancelled the order after waiting for 40min

        Really appalling customer service at this branch. Ordered via Just Eat. Order never turned up. The manager just washes his hands on the issue and said I must contact Just Eat. They then give me the wrong phone no. for them - they gave me the affiliated restaurant partner no. who won't help. So 2 hours after placing the order I've given up and lost 23. I obviously will never order from this branch again. Well done McDonalds at Asda Norwich!
