        Order hadn't arrived after 7 working days - rang to find out that 3rd party supplier had not even received the order from them. Disappointing when paying 6.25 for shipping on a small item.

        Purchased a stihl battery chain saw MSA 220 during Lockdown in February 2021 (Covid 19), order received and confirmed, then we sat and waited receiving two weekly updates on delivery dates which kept sliding. Item arrived in September 2021 (no complaints, as was offered a full refund every update message). Item I am confident it will perform as well as all the other Stihl battery machinery I had already purchased.
