Outside security light and outside garden room spotlight not operating correctly. Phoned Elec- tech office to arrange visit, the office advised that they had a team working in the area and should be able to attend my property today. Two employees arrived at lunchtime, looked at the faults and advise what was required and they could fix the issues straight away. The lads went off to get the required lights, returned after 30 minutes and completed the work. Elec-tech are a fantastic company, with knowledgable employees, and great customer service. Excellent communication from David and work carried out by Rhys. Very professional but friendly. Rhys explained exactly what was being done and answered our questions fully and competently. Elec-tech will always be our first port of call for any electrical work as we have total confidence in the work done and the services offered. Highly recommended!
