James installed additional sockets in my home office, in our lounge and a new outside powerpoint. On a really hot day, he worked hard to get all the work done in one day. Although he was let down by one of the sockets being broken, he was back first thing the next morning to finish the work. After completing a full rewire of our house and installation of a new consumer unit last October, we were in no doubt as to who to approach for an ensuite refit this summer. James was fantastic every step of the way, from the initial quote to providing suggestions on what products would be suitable for the project, and from problem solving (our house always has a few surprises!) to delivering a high quality finish that were absolutely in love with. James is reliable and friendly, extremely hard working, and will always ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with the work carried out. Whats more, he goes above and beyond to be flexible, nothing is ever too much to ask, and aftercare is all part of the service. We genuinely couldnt recommend him highly enough.
