        They made the process of installing a Tesla wall charger extremely easy. From the first phone call to the installation date, everything went smoothly and Diamond Services were very professional. The installer was on time, friendly and did a really clean install - he also took the time to show me how the charger works and helped me pair the charger to the Tesla app. Finally, they were very reasonable on the price compared to other quotes I had from Tesla recommended installers. Would recommend in a heart beat. Service: Electric car charger installation

        Really pleased with the service provided. The charger was fitted a number of months ago but due to a delay in getting my new car delivered I have only just used it. Unfortunately the charging unit had developed a fault meaning I was unable to charge my car. I contacted Diamond and Kate there was really helpful and friendly and got an engineer to come and fix it the following day. They arrived on time and sorted the problem without issue. The service provided both at the time of the original order and installation and then the following fault fixing months later has been excellent and I would be happy to use again and recommend. Service: Electric car charger installation
