        business will not pin the alteration required; advised to do it myself at home then bring into the store. I guess they are primarily a dry cleaners, but disappointing as this is common practice and a wasted trip. their website implies they will measure the alteration: "The process for alterations varies depending on your needs. However, we typically start by evaluating the problem and taking measurements. We also need to ensure that the alterations are worthwhile." Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

        Promised delivery of bedding in 1 week as visitors staying. Failed to do so and said it would be 4 days late. My complaint was met with aggression and absolutely no apology. They obviously could not care less ( see other one star reviews here ).No excuse, pathetic service.
