I took my Dunelm blackout curtains here and learnt that Dunelm blackout curtains can be a bit of a nightmare despite what the label states.. However, mine came out really well and will be back to see Sharon if I need to as she did a fantastic job on these ones despite the risks involved and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use her magical services again. I am so delighted with the service I receive each and every time I come to this Johnsons. Sharon and Lisa work so hard to go the extra mile and are often juggling so much to make sure they get everything done efficiently and to an incredible standard. As I went to put up this review I was shocked to see a one star review, as this service has never been other than 5 star for me. Service: Ironing

Positives: dry cleaning was fine, clothes were clean. Negatives: serious attitude from the lady behind the counter and 5 days wait with no express options available. Turned up to collect at 1pm to find they were closed for lunch for 40 mins inside the advertised opening hours. Paid for a repair which wasnt done, when I pointed out that it wasnt done I was met with a shrug and a well we can refund you the one pound fee (which is also significantly less than paid) so I guess if you want part of the job done by all means try this place
