Absolutely awful feel ripped off will never recommend only saving grace is the driving instructors you pay all this money to sit in a class on a free app you could do why you are at home. get your self a good private driving instructor instead and save your self time and money I had experience driving and tbh I dont believe this would benefit any first time drivers

Absolutely shocking customer service and policy on cancellation due to illness. I was hospitalised due to serious health and only discharged a few days before my course was due to start. I called customer service who told me I would not be able to receive a refund or reschedule my course unless I provided a doctors note. I did so immediately but was then told I had to provide a doctors not that specifically said I was unfit to drive. All these processes I had to go through were not in the terms and conditions. I also provided this immediately. I spoke to various members of the unsympathetic and blunt customer service team who told me contradicting things. I finally got my case sent to management who replied with the same copy and pasted response I had received before. When I asked about making a complaint I was directed back to the blunt unsympathetic customer service team that my poor experience began with. Do not use this company, they are appalling.

I had Greg and he was honestly the best instructor I could ever have. He was so calm and patient with me, and was super helpful with tips and tricks. Highly recommend 5day because of him!

Im not to write bad reviews but my experience with 5 day intensive driving course has been shocking! We had paid for a 5 day course on the wed my son was told to come in at 12 and on the fri he was bought home early at 13 30 both of those days he was in at the same time and out at same finish time, and at the end of the week was told he couldnt be put in for test as not ready and needed extra hours!!!the explanation to me by a woman in customer service was that they made up the time! He passed his theory and then we were told his instructor had no availability. we had to make all of these calls ourselves I found the customer service lady very defensive and quite rude and do very unhelpful, would never recommend this intensive course to anyone and have since heard so many others with same complaint Ive now spoken to an instructor and wish wed used them from the start.
