I presented a rectification job to Broadland to process ... another window supplier had failed me. The job was to have a set of window sill covers (bespoke) powder coated in a special coating. Broadlands representative Matthew B, placed his undivided attention to my issue. Initially stating that the job might take up to 13 weeks, the matter was dealt with within 3 weeks! I cannot thank Broadland Windows enough! If I have my time over again, I shall certainly be using Broadland for my window install ... quite frankly, I should have done so in the first instance but I was lured by false promise. My recommendation to you all - stay local, use the excellent services of Broadland Windows.

Booked an appointment for a rep to come out and assess our property for new windows and doors. Rep cancelled because he had customers in our area cancel appointments so did not want to drive over just for our appointment. It's Norwich to Wymondham! Then got the brief wrong and told us we were in a conservation area and wouldn't want to pay 2,500 per window for hardwood when in fact we are not in a conservation area and I had asked for a quote for wood or plastic. Then he suggested that I take pictures and window sizes and send them to him and he would come up with some prices for plastic. So basically do the survey myself. What a quality service! Firstly don't tell me what I will or won't pay because you never know and secondly, don't skip appointments because based, on your own assumptions, you have decided it won't be worth your while and you cannot be bothered.

Everyone very friendly and professional from day 1. The salesman, the surveyor and fitter. The area was left exactly as found apart from a beautifully fitted and cleaned window. Cant recommend enough. My first impression was excellent, however, 10 months on and the 552 window has developed a huge stress crack from one side to the other. This is not evidently covered by the guarantee, the guarantee does not cover damage or fault due to: Accident Misuse Neglect or Failure to carry out proper & diligent maintenance Those categories do not apply. But, it seems unexplained cracks are not covered either! Be interesting to know what is covered? Still, they were VERY happy to quote me for a new pane of glass! I bet they are, no thank you. No customer service whatsoever.
