I placed an order for doors & windows back in April & paid a considerable deposit. Since then the communication has been appalling, supply dates not met & now unable to make contact with anyone at Massimo Sky. After being given 3 earlier supply dates, I am still waiting to hear if anyone is going turn up tomorrow as promised ( which is looking unlikely given I have heard nothing) Terrible service all round. I would appreciate someone getting in contact rather than burying your heads in the sand if there is an issue!!!

Wow - so many stories the same! I have eventually put a claim through the small claims court which has (like every other attempt to communicate) been ignored. I confirmed and paid a deposit back in February with an agreement all would be installed at the end of May. They lied to me to get me to pay my balance, saying my order was ready to be installed and booked a date. I was then told it actually wasn't in but stuck in customs. So many different stories... today the courts have issued a judgement so we will see what happens. I am now 10k out of pocket with no doors/windows. I have even asked them to do me the courtesy of giving me my measurements so I can order from somewhere else but they haven't even replied to this. It's sad as I have had one door fitted out of three and the fitters were lovely guys - they said they are hearing the same story over and over again. PLEASE DON'T PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!

Massimo had been recommended to us by a family friend and we were not disappointed. Great design, great service and we are now looking to see if we can have the rest of our house done by them.

So many questions. If only someone would give us some answers. Did any of our orders get made? Were all dates for installation just fantasy? Are the cheery, this week pictures on Twitter just to tease us? Have some customers had doors and windows? And filed real reviews? And I'm really worried about the young women who take on customer liaison. They start so positively and in a week or two they are gone. Did Massimosky mean to go wrong? Or did it just spin out of control? Hello? Hello? Is anybody there?
