I have plenty to say about this surgery. Both my little girls were poorly one is 3 one is 7 months was sent to walk in. Had to wait a month for an appointment for myself. Had 2 appointments close together for separate things. Attended first and went to go to my second. I was told it was cancelled but I had no prior warning or text. Had to rebook and wait another month. When my baby was first born we had issues with reflux and allergies. Was constantly passed off as having heat rash when it was allergies. Didnt prescribe her any milk when she was still reacting to one as wanted dietician to do it. Prescribing no end of steroid cream for my babies nappy burns but never telling me what it is or how to prevent it. Had a blood test which came back fine so didnt look into issue anymore. Baby was allergic to carobel thickener and wouldnt prescribe anymore different thickeners as not suitable yet prescribe infant gaviscon which isnt recommended for under 1s. Sending me to hospital for babies reflux instead of dealing with it themselves. List goes on

1 star is even to good for these.. The incompetent replies make me laugh. Dont have an online system if you are going to reply - call the surgery.

If I could give no stars I would - absolute shambles of a surgery - youd probably die before getting seen here -

Literally the worse doctors surgery I've ever known !! Doctors are always apparently off sick, given a phone call appointment with a nurse who tells you to make an appointment but can't see you for 3 weeks absolute joke , rude receptionist who just tells you they have no appointments and to go to a walk in centre if I had time to sit in a walk in for 4 hours I wouldn't be trying to get an appointment for my child

Waited 3 weeks for my 8 year old to be able to see a doctor with some ongoing concerning symptoms. Pulled her out of school early today walked to the bates Green surgery for them to say oh its been cancelled due to staff having covid. But no text or phonecall for cancellation. Did they not know this this morning? Not even an apology. Already waited 3 weeks to. Absolutely ridiculous. Now she has to wait another week to try been seen.
