        I've moved around alot and have been to many surgeries. Drayton is miles better than the others I've been to in years. Nice staff, medical and clerical. Some go out of their way to help you above and beyond. I've had a couple of issues that haven't been great but the response and action to sort it out and to then make sure I had continuity of care for a time after until both parties were happy was great. I use the online service all the time and utilise the telephone appointments whenever I can as I can get an appointment more so that way and I don't then have to leave work earlier or sort a day off. There are times I have a fair wait but still not as bad as other places. The car park at the surgery is abysmal. A few small negatives but of no real issue in the grand scheme of things.

        Absolutely rubbish, they couldn't care less about their patients, essentially they will do anything they can to fob you off instead of providing medical care

        Really struggling to see the point of this place. Everytime we call we are fobbed off by reception regardless of what we are calling about. The app is a complete waste of time and so is the online service.
