We are always able to get appointments quickly and have always had excellent care from all the staff at the surgery - doctors, nurses and receptionists. We're really happy to be with this practice.

Receptionist rude and unhelpful have never managed to get an appointment with them. I'm a younger person and was incredibly patronised on the phone.

Initially I had an incredibly positive experience with this surgery, with the team - notably Dr Walker and Dr Clark - being highly responsive and understanding. However, since November I have been looking for answers regarding the debilitating chronic fatigue, pain, and a plethora of other issues that I have experienced for years, but have been repeatedly dismissed due to nothing being found in my blood tests and ECGs. Despite this being notoriously common in many chronic illnesses, I have been left with no answers and no support. I have deliberately delayed getting these issues investigated due to fears of exactly this occurring, but my symptoms are becoming increasingly difficult to deal with and I feel completely hopeless and no longer know where to turn. I am desperately looking for answers but am left waiting for appointments for long periods of time when I try to push for some progress. At one point, my query was left in Dr Plumes admin pile for two months before I got into contact with the surgery. The whole experience has been exhausting and, quite frankly, humiliating. I am constantly concerned that I am being dismissed as a malingerer or hypochondriac - especially due to being a young woman who is otherwise healthy - and fear I am simply not being taken seriously. I understand that the NHS is currently struggling under a lack of appropriate government funding and I am more than willing to give this practice another chance because the care I had received prior to this had been excellent, however, my experiences recently have made me increasingly anxious to do so.

What a great health centre. Parking, easy access, very helpful reception staff and a very clean and spacious waiting area. Definitely 5 star!

I decided to switch to this place after nothing but trouble at my last practice - I'm glad I did. There are long waits for blood tests and things like that, however I was seen almost immediately about my issues themselves and the two doctors I've seen were both fabulous and listened to me without judgement or dismissing what I said. (I'm bad with names) The nurse who did my blood test was lovely too and patient with me over my anxiety. I can't comment much on the reception staff (though again I've had no issues) and I of course can only comment on the two doctors I've seen.
