3 times I have followed instructions and contacted via the website 3 times I have received an acknowledgement and 3 times nobody has rung me back. My meds have run out (twice now) . I know the NHS is busy but the 'system' doesn't work - think again. I'm going private, maybe thats what they wanted all along. Not good enough

Awful reception staff, treat you like they're way above you, incredibly condescending. Also near impossible to book an appointment. And definitely dont ask for any help as that would be crazy as that seems to be absent from everyone's job description.

Terrible service. Had a telephone appointment and was told that the trapped nerve I was suffering from was bad posture. The Dr in question has never met me and from years of being a personal trainer I know it's a trapped nerve. Prescribed me anti inflamatories after me saying 3 times that I cannot take them. No follow up or treatment, thanks.

An excellent service from reception and GP. Prompt response to my mum and her needs. Highly recommend practice and people answering the phones. Have read comments from people complaining about how long they had to wait. In my opinion they need to have a valid reason to complain and have a relative or loved one with to appreciate the service.

The administration of this practice is terrible . I have been trying to help my mum get simple form completed for three months and the practice has lost the form twice and ignored three reminder notices from the issuing party. Sheer incompetence
