        I love this place! Been born disabled i have learnt that there's a lot of help while your a child but then it disappears as u reach adulthood. Then i found rachael and able2b. Able2B has changed my life. Ive always been told what i cant do there is none of that here its all about what you can do! Ive never felt like i belonged anywhere but i feel i belong at Able2B!

        What a place . Having a son with Learning difficulties and Autism I always knew that going to a Gym would be very stressful for him with little or no interaction . Able2B changed that , from the moment Frank went in there he was at ease the staff are truly amazing and have such a vast understanding. From the moment I contacted them via email the communication has been amazing . So looking forward to him most importantly enjoying it .. and also getting fit .
