After paying money all communication went dead and I never received my purchase.

Contacted the company about a canvas print for Christmas. Communication was good right up until I paid the money. Then nothing. I have sent them 2 or 3 emails asking when the picture will be delivered had one back saying that the picture had been sent to the courier company and they would contact me upon hearing from them. This was before Christmas.
I still have had no contact from a guy called Andy. I have had no picture or refund.
There is no phone number to contact them on which is convenient for them.
However it doesnt stop here as trading standards have been contacted and will be looking into it.
My advice is stay well away from this company.
There are other companies around Norwich that deliver a while you wait service. That has to be better that this company.
Do not give this company your money until you see the picture be warned.
