If I could give 0 stars, I would. Truly shocking. First of all, getting through was almost impossible. Me and my partner kept redialling the number for over an hour with no success. A total of around 450 miss calls must have been dialled. The appointment was for my partner who has dealt with jaw and tooth pain their whole life. On this occasion, the pain in their jaw was being caused by one of their teeth growing through in the wrong place, and pushing on all of their other teeth. During the appointment, the dentist looked at their teeth and said she saw no reason to remove the tooth if it is healthy and that she didnt understand why they were in so much pain. The tooth isnt meant to be there, thats why shes in pain. We told you that even before you did an x ray. Thats like me going to the doctors because Ive grown a third arm and them not removing it because its perfectly healthy. In and out in less then ten minutes. Waste of money. Waste of time. No solution was offered. Extremely rude and patronising staff.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated this morning. I was told I need to see a dentist within 24 hours by 111 due to a crack in my front tooth which has been very sensitive and painful. Eventually got through for an appointment after 500 odd phone calls and was seen this morning just to be completely patronised and told do you even know what an emergency is? This is not an emergency. I just followed advice by 111 and my tooth has been in agony for over a month! The dentist was so incredibly rude to me. I am autistic and struggle so much with anxiety and this left me in tears not wanting to seek help for medical issues again.
