        I have been going to hoop and pole classes here for a few years now. The coach, Holly, is super supportive and helpful. The classes are so much fun. Its great to exercise and laugh with a group of like minded people!

        I have been learning pole and aerial hoop with Holly for the past 4 years and I love it! Holly is a brilliant teacher - friendly, encouraging and always makes classes fun. If anyone is considering try pole or aerial hoop I would definitely recommend Firefly Poles.
