        Their 0845 number produces an awful advert-ridden experience. Starting with the loathsome slime of "your call is important to us" it goes on to say that they are experiencing high call volumes and uses the waiting time to play you adverts for their products while clocking up the revenue from the 0845 number. The worst of corporate accountant-driven systems. I only use them because I wanted an eco-friendly milkman system.
