        I have never worked for a company with such a divide between office and manufacturing. When I started at Sinclair I couldn't believe my luck, it was such a lovely company to work for but over time it became horrendous. The management are cruel and spiteful and the working environment had become toxic.

        Probably the worst place I have ever worked with a them and us divide. Management are completely incompetent and have no thought for their employees. For example the guys on the production side of the company worked throughout covid lockdown. All the thanks they got were having their paid break taken away which resulted in longer working hours for no extra pay. Avoid working here at all costs. It looks nice on the outside but in reality its rotten the the core. This is the only job Ive walked away from its that toxic.
