We discovered that the main front wall of our 1750s cottage was bowing away from the wall that wasnt picked up in the survey! Robert, from King and Company, came out to investigate and was able to spot exactly what the issue was straight away. He was extremely professional and had excellent knowledge of properties of this age. The work carried out was to an extremely high quality and using materials in keeping with a property of this age. The end results look fantastic and will last for many years to come. King and Co have always provided the Bircham Centre Charity with excellent service. They have provided accurate and reasonably priced quotations and the quality of their work is of the highest standard. The Centre is Grade 2 listed and dates from the 17th Century and like others of that age it demands on going and sensitive maintenance and renovation. Trustees have imposed restrictive operational conditions for some renovation projects because the Centre is almost always in continual use, providing a charity shop and bookshop, the town archive, the Library and numerous rooms used by a range of charitable organisations.
