The woman I had the misfortune of being assigned was offensively condescending and quite clearly biased, and made it blatantly obvious she had already reached her conclusions long before interviewing me. Cafcass have no interest in the truth, nor do they care about the devastation and trauma left behind when they sign off. If you have any faith left in the system before Cafcass get involved, don't expect any afterwards. And I'm sure they lose not a moment's sleep over the broken families they help create.

Not interested in extended family so therefore not working in the best interests and safety of the children. Poor service.

Dismal service. Corrupt and bias. This organisation is supposed to be acting on behalf of the best interests of the children in matters. They isolate families and create dramatisation of conversations never had. When you complain they don't care and tell you to take it to court. They are not held accountable for incorrect statements even when evidence is provided and plead ignorant. My cafcass advisor is apparently trained in medicine and is able to diagnose without the input of qualified medical professionals

To be "the middle men and trained professionals" is a joke, side with the mother will give advice illegally to the mother and go against father's constantly. Every review I have read has been negative apart from one positive where the mother had been given advise and help to fabricate allegations against a father because she had no negatives to address. Throughout my court hearings that I had started it's been dominated by solely females. The fact I started a court case to get custody or more days with my children and nearly 2 years later they are recommending the same I was receiving anyway!! Joke of a company. Should be shut down completely and the staff be held accountable for millions of children being in the wrong care because of thier actions
