I knew that my parcel was just too large for Royal Mail to return it to the seller. So I tried DHL. Not knowing their routine of having the parcel weighed 13kg & a label printed online. Okay, back to the drawing board. How exactly was I to send this large parcel? Parcel Force came up in conversation. I wish I tried them in the 2nd place! The gentleman behind the counter was so helpful I wish I hadnt wasted my time with other options. It was sent on the 5th April for next day delivery. So a BIG shoutout goes to him! Thank you!
