Keeping sending me a 500 bill for council tax for my home's "annex". There hasn't been an annex here for years, long before we bought the house. Their suggestion? "Just pay it and you might be able to get it back later"?!?! In a cost of living crisis??? Just cancel the bill and stop being ridiculous. I won't play into this fallacy and I'm not opening the bills in the future because you may as well be sending them to "Imagination House, Lollipop Lane, Norwich". If you want to send them to an imaginary address you can send them to imaginary tenants as well.

Saturday afternoon 3.45pm. Reported a lot of broken glass at the bottom of a climbing frame in the park opposite The Whiffler Pub on Boundary Road (whoever would do such a thing to equipment only used by children!!!) Googled it and found a form online to report it and within half an hour had an email confirming it had been actioned and case closed.
