        A classic example of a scummy company who make it impossibly hard to cancel a subscription and try to hide the fact that you have even started one.

        Been with Naked Wines since 2018 or something and absolutely love it. Never had any problems. On an extremely rare occasion when I dont like the wine they refund the money. Communication is great and prompt. People who are complaining about subscription - Im surprised how its possible to miss it and when its clearly stated on the sign up. Also if you decide to cancel all the unused money gets refunded to you. Highly recommend!

        Offered a 900 point deal on Avios which was then claimed by them as returned, when it was delivered months prior. Dodgy. Avoid.

        SUBSCRIPTION SCAM IN AUSTRALIA This company has an apartment in Manly, Sydney as its address in Australia. You receive a discount voucher in the mail, buy a dozen bottles of wine (which did turn up) and then find a $40 deduction on your next creditcard bill for monthly subscription services. The only way to reverse the transaction is to cancel your credit cards. These people need to be run out of town.
