I would give 0 stars if i could, we moved out of our property on Nov 18th then on Dec 1st they took money from our account, phoned to try sort it out, on the phone 55 mins to get no where. Said they would phone back within 48 hrs and have heard nothing.

Orbit only care about your money, they break the housing act, they discriminate against disabled people. DO NOT LIVE WITH ORBIT. They lie about issues, blame you and then ignore you once they're busted. When you ask for proof they side track. They leave your homes dangerous, unrepaired and ignore medical evidence stating you need to be moved.

Ive had numerous threats since Ive been a Aubert tenant here in Norwich and now housing official has done anything about it actually theyve made my life hell

Wont pay compensation for my water bill due to a fault in my property proven by LEEP WATER. trying to tell me I contractors couldnt enter my property even though they could as they fixed my toilet? Makes no sense whatsoever. Also trying to use the fact I changed one appointment date due to it being my sons birthday. So shocking wont reply to my emails now such a joke leaving a mother and 2 year old with barely enough money due to this water bill as stated it was fault in the property.
