        Popped in Thursday, often stop for diesel, food and drink etc, went to the till with a Costa and other drink items but I doubled up the 'cup'. We have 8 free Costa's on the app currently due to amount we go through. Extremely embarrassing reaction by the server to our 'spare cup' as she snatched it off us stating "WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE, YOU'RE NOT HAVING IT" Asked what she was going to do with it after both of us had handled the cup at this point and got told "I DONT CARE, YOU ARE NOT HAVING IT" and chucked it behind the counter. What has the world come too, that instead of light heartedly saying 'i'm going to have to charge you 10p etc' you have to get angry with a customer over a paper cup! Lighten up love! you work for a greedy corporation on minimum wage lol.
