I recently used Indigo Swan to manage our energy contracts at both the Property Management company and Television Studio I work for and they have been nothing but amazing. They have been helpful and transparent throughout, from securing us the best deals through to managing tenant queries. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff have made the whole process seamless taking away a huge level of work and stress, leaving us to get on with managing the sites and tenants. I highly recommend. I have dealt with Indigo Swan for the past 3 years, and worked closely with them in developing key Energy strategies for the organisations I have worked for. Always ready to share knowledge and intelligence on the Energy Market, the Swans have always been committed to great customer service. The feedback for the various tenders we ran together were always completely clear and laid out in such a way that it was easy to run comparisons and make a n award decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Indigo Swan to anyone who needed a great Energy Consultancy Service delivered with an absolute passion for what they do.

My factor moved my private residential development from a direct utility supplier over to Indigo Swan. Our stairwell electricity supply was out of contract, albeit on a cheaper rate compared to the supplier and contract Indigo Swan moved us over to, Opus Energy. Indigo Swan moved over a large development site of c.1,000 homeowners onto one supplier. It does not appear that the buildings were being separately reviewed for the best supplier and in fact a time saving exercise on their part was to move everyone onto the one electricity supplier to make their job easier. My building expressed that we were not satisfied nor happy with the move from our cheaper supplier to a more expensive supplier however, as we were already tied to a contract we opted to terminate upon expiry. We are now out of contract and have since been given a new rate (still a high rate) for a new contract with Indigo however no other options have been provided. When other options were requested we were informed for them to undertake further works on this would likely incur additional costs. I expect my building will cease using Indigo Swan in the future as the service is not great when the client is looking for multiple quotes from potential utility suppliers. My experience has not been great, I expect a lot of other customers would be surprised to see what is going on however, when you are in a block of flats you expect the managing agent you pay to make the best decisions for their client.
