I have a very small business and was looking for help with marketing. Positives: did improve google search rankings of my website, helpful with video editing and making an email series look pretty and professional, helped with some technical issues. However, I got the impression that work was done on a fire fighting basis. Delays are sometimes unavoidable, especially in a small business, but they need to be communicated proactively. I found attention to detail was poor. I was expecting to work long term with this company, so it is disappointing that they did not reach the standards I was expecting.
