Very disappointed with the zero customer care provided from this Supplier. Harley lacks all understanding of what customers are asking. Never has the saying Deaf as a Post been more true. Would never use them again because when a problem arises you have NO CHANCE of them rectifying it.

I used this company a few months ago and it was a complete disaster. I gave Toby all the measurements he needed but he didn't deduct the size of the soffit board and I was therefore left with a conservatory that didn't fit. He admitted responsibility but refused any kind of help. I also found it impossible to speak to a manager

Avoid this company at all costs!! Their products are supposed to come with a 10 year guarantee....... when requesting replacements of faulty parts they do not want to know and you get fobbed off with total rubbish..... awful customer service!
