        Unhelpful, uninformed. Called for a keyboard repair quote, told me he could not do it from the get-go as 'Brexit means he can't get the parts'. it's an MSI laptop, which he seemed unfamiliar with

        I've been using Mark to fix, service and upgrade my laptops and PCs for probably 15 years now and he always provides a great service. He understands i need them for work and does his best to fit me in and turn it round as quick as he can. Work is always to a high standard with good follow up support. Good prices on parts and labour too. Highly recommend.

        I brought in a water damaged laptop to Mark. I got it back less than 3 days later, working and as good as new. I got real value for the money. Enjoyed the entire experience
