        Did a lovely job installing an air conditioner in our bedroom. We were recommended them by a friend and were glad we went with them. Professional, helpful and friendly at every step of the process from survey through to installation.

        Installed our system incorrectly without enough fall on drain, then tries to charge us when it leaks. Poor service and quality. I would avoid.

        Phoned them, and they want me to pay even before I could tell them what the problem is. The woman on the phone said no one is free to give me a call this today, or no one is available to give me a call this week. When I asked if someone is free to give me call this month, she shamelessly said she is not sure if they will be, if I am not ready to pay upfront. Shameless
