As a professional artist and art educator I have used many printing companies and this is the worst one I have ever dealt with. Terrible company with poor communication, overpriced product, and completely unprofessional staff. Do not trust them as they will not communicate clearly, respect customers or honour your order and you might end up loosing your money and/or your time. The director, Pippa Redmond, was very rude on the phone and was unable to communicate politely or comprehensibly. I've wasted valuable time ordering some prints on a deadline and took a chance on this local company to support local business. They have not completed my order as promised, failed to clearly communicate their offer throughout our dealings, suggested unprofessional things such as giving me key codes to premises' doors in order to pick up my order when they are closed, and spent all their time trying to upsell a grossly overpriced service instead of honouring the original order! Communication has been unclear and unprofessional from them throughout. No wonder people are ordering prints online! The days of businesses such as Norwich Print Solutions are numbered anyway, and their only hope is superior customer service to that of online retailers. They have failed me today, as I am sure is a pattern for them. Please don't allow them to fail you too and stay away!

Big thankyou to Pippa and her team for sorting my business cards and numerous banners and signs for my unit. Always delivers on time and very friendly and professional I would have no hesitation of recommending her to my customers!

Excellent service from Start to Finish. The poster and other work I had printed was throughly discussed, many options I hadnt considered explained and given. Excellent communication and not only that Pippa kept me updated throughout the entire process and also hand delivered the work to me to make sure I got it sorted for a very important deadline. If that isnt service I dont know what is. I can only say remarkable and very reasonable on price too !!! I would use them again and again and continually recommend to friends family and business contacts!! Thank you !!!
