We were recommended Spire Cleaning Services when another compnay let us down at the last minute. We were not disappointed. James and his team were exceptional and atteneded quickly, completing the job to an extremely high level. As a result, we now use Spire for all our cleaning on new store openings and regular specialised work too. We also use them for our high and low reach window cleaning in our group of stores. Would highly recommend Spire for a one off or a contracted regular basis.

Have used Spire Cleaning Services for a few years now, and they are reliable, thorough and reasonably priced. What makes them stand out and means that we have stayed with them, is their great customer service and their professionalism. Highly recommended

Spire Cleaning took over a site for me last year. Very professional clean, staff are friendly, Spire are very accommodating with short notice work. So good Ive taken them to my next job!

Do not use Spire Cleaning Services for your office cleaning; this is the first poor review that we have ever given a company but they are not reliable or a professional company. As a business owner, we appreciate running a business can be challenging at times. The first month they provided a good service but then they employed a cleaner that could not do the job and the cleaner would cancel at the last minute but her supervisor would not provide cover when the cleaner was off ill, so we would do the cleaning ourselves. The cleaner was off ill on a regular basis; this went on for 4 months. The owner, James did not do anything about the situation. When we expressed concerns about the poor quality of cleaning, it was not rectified nor any compensation for the continued absenteeism and poor quality of service. They have very poor communications and this company should be avoided at all costs. They do not fulfil their contractual obligation nor provide a professional, nor reliable service. They believe that they are doing you a favour when they dont charge you when the cleaner does not show up to do the job. Avoid the hassle and inconvenience of using this company.
